We cannot combine accounts at this time and urge you to use a single email address for orders on brackish.com to ensure you receive credit toward The Backwater Society loyalty program tier status for every qualifying purchase made going forward. If you no longer want to be a part of The Backwater Society or have an account with Brackish, please reach out to info@brackish.com to have your account removed.

Your Backwater Society status is determined by how much you spend every 12 months after the date you were enrolled (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your account. Note that there is a 15-day delay in the spend calculation that places you in your tier status. Visit our Terms and Conditions page to view full program details.

Once you've placed an order that qualifies you to level up tiers, you'll receive an email within 15 days letting you know that you've moved up and what benefits you have unlocked.

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

Don't worry - after you place an order, there's a 15-day delay in spend calculations. If you do move up to a higher tier, you will receive an email to inform you and you can always check your status by logging into your account.

At program launch in February 2023, if you have an existing account on brackish.com, you will automatically be placed into the appropriate tier based on your qualifying purchases made on brackish.com within the previous 12 months. Your account will then follow the outlined program and update based on spend every 12 months.

Purchases made with gift cards or store credit are not eligible towards your Backwater Society status. For more information around eligible purchases, view our Terms & Conditions.

The Backwater Society is only eligible for purchases made on brackish.com at at one of our direct shows throughout the year. Just make sure you give us your email if you purchase at one of these shows to have your points applied.

The benefits of the program vary depending on your tier status, but all members of The Backwater Society receive a birthday gift, early access to new styles, bonus point events and more. All Backwater Society members who have indicated their birthday within their account will be sent a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Brackish. Login to your account to indicate your birthday.
